Joseph Wayne McVey (born 19 January 1977), better known by his stage name Z-Ro, is an American rapper from Houston, Texas. He is a member of the hip hop groups Screwed Up Click and ABN. In 2013, he changed his stage name to The Mo City Don, and released an EP entitled Tripolar under his new stage name the same year.
