Rufus Cooper III (born 21 March 1978), better known by his stage name Young Noble is an American rapper who is most notable for being a member of Outlawz. Noble joined Outlawz in the early summer of 1996, and was also the last member to be added to the group by its leader Tupac Shakur before his death in September 1996. Noble made his debut appearance in 1996 on Shakur's The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory, appearing on the songs "Bomb First (My Second Reply)", "Hail Mary", "Life of an Outlaw" and "Just Like Daddy".

Noble has appeared on every album by Outlawz, which is currently a duo consisting of him and E.D.I.. Besides his work with the group, he has released three solo albums and several collaboration albums with artists such as Layzie Bone, stic.man and Hussein Fatal.
