Kentrell DeSean Gaulden (born October 20, 1999), known professionally as YoungBoy Never Broke Again or NBA YoungBoy, is an American rapper from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States.
NBA YoungBoy was born on October 20, 1999 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As a toddler while playing Gaulden broke his neck and had to recover from his wound. He moved in with them after his grandmother died from heart failure in 2010.

A month later he was arrested at a Texas show for a warrant and was incarcerated for months until 2017.
When he was released he released a song named untouchable which blew him up more and released no smoke and features with Lil Durk and Kodak black.
Youngboy had a known feud with gee money before he was shot and killed on September 10, 2017 outside the studio after dropping his track industry toward youngboy.

On May 12,2019 while performing at rolling loud young boy was caught in a drive by shooting by rival members which killed a innocent bystander and grazes a five year old boy and his then girlfriend at the time. Days later he was arrested in Baton Rouge after violating his probation. He was sentenced to roughly ninety days in June 2019 and was later released in August 15,2019. Youngboy made his comeback with self control and self Mentality. He released AI YoungBoy 2 in October 2019.
In September 2009 he released Top with features Lil Wayne and Snoop Dogg. In October 2020 he was in a altercation with a former member of NBA in a studio in Texas and was under investigation. On March 22, 2021 Youngboy was arrested and booked after fleeing from the police during a search warrant and was found by K9 dogs before indicted.
