RZA Presents... Wu-Tang Killa Bees: The Swarm (Vol. 1) is the debut compilation album by RZA. It was released on July 21, 1998 via Wu-Tang Records and Priority Records. Recording sessions took place at Alien Flyers Studios and Firehouse Studios in New York City from May 1997 to March 1998. Production was handled by RZA, Darkim Be Allah, Inspectah Deck, Mathematics, Bolo Gah, The Blaquesmiths, DJ Devastator and Remedy, with Mitchell Diggs and RZA himself serving as executive producers. Songs on the album are performed by the members of Wu-Tang Clan (Raekwon, Inspectah Deck, Streetlife, Masta Killa, RZA, Ghostface Killah and Cappadonna) and Wu-Tang Affiliates: Shyheim, Sunz of Man, Royal Fam, Wu-Syndicate, Remedy, The Beggaz, A.I.G., Ruthless Bastards and Black Knights of the North Star. It includes guest appearances from Method Man and Killarmy.
The Swarm, Vol. 1 released the singles: "Co-Defendant", "Cobra Clutch", "Where Was Heaven", "Bronx War Stories" and "Legacy". Music videos were also released for all five songs.
