William Cooper is a rapper from New York, most notable for being the fifth member of the underground supergroup Black Market Militia, alongside Killah Priest, Tragedy Khadafi, Timbo King and Hell Razah. Little is known of his past, but his name is taken from the UFO conspiracy theorist William Cooper, and Cooper's music contains the paranoia and philosophies associated with alien conspiracies.
