Ventilation: Da LP is the debut album by American rapper Phife Dawg, released in 2000 on Groove Attack Productions. After releasing five albums as a member of the influential group A Tribe Called Quest throughout the 1990s, the group became estranged in the late 1990s and its members pursued solo careers. Phife Dawg enlisted an all-star list of producers to work with him on his debut, including J Dilla (whom he had previously worked with on the last two ATCQ albums), Pete Rock and Hi-Tek.
The album was not a commercial success, and received positive to mixed reviews from critics. It peaked at #175 on the Billboard 200, and #31 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts. Its single "Flawless" was able to reach #4 on the Hot Rap Singles chart.
Due to Phife Dawg's death on 22 March 2016, the album is the only one to be released by him during his lifetime.
