Anthony Shawn Criss (born December 2, 1970), better known by his stage name Treach, is an American rapper and actor from East Orange, New Jersey. He is best known as the lead rapper of the hip hop group Naughty by Nature, with whom he is revered for his lyricism. Despite his success with the group, Criss has not embarked sustained a solo career, with his only release being the 2004 single "Nothin".
Criss' chiseled physique has helped him land roles in crime films and television crime dramas, as well as a leading man in romance films, such as the 2002 crime comedy Love and a Bullet.
