To Whom It May Concern... is the debut studio album by American hip hop group Freestyle Fellowship, released in 1991 on Sun Music. The album was recorded on a low-budget set-up, and was released independently with as little as 1,000 copies. It is the only album to feature the six original members of Freestyle Fellowship, as J-Sumbi and MD Himself would leave the group before the release of their major label debut, Innercity Griots.
The album has since been rereleased on CD and vinyl several times, although original pressings are highly sought after.
