The Natural is the debut studio album by American rapper from Queens, New York Mic Geronimo. It was released in October 17, 1995 on Blunt Recordings and TVT Records. The album was produced by Buckwild, Mark Sparks, Da Beatminerz, Chyskillz, Irv Gotti and Nashiem Myrick. The album also features guest appearances by Lost Boyz, O.C., Royal Flush, and then-unknown rappers DMX, Ja Rule and Jay-Z (who formed the rap group known as Murder Inc.). The album didn't sell very well, but it spawned a pair of underground hits: "Shit's Real", "Masta I.C.", "Time to Build", "Wherever You Are" and the title track "The Natural.
