The M-Pire Shrikez Back is the second studio album by American Hip hop trio O.G.C.. It was released in August 31, 1999 via Duck Down Records and Priority Records. Recording sessions took place at Echo Sound in Los Angeles, Grey Boys Lab in San Diego, Patchwerk Recordings in Atlanta and at 78-88 Studio, D&D Studios, Tha Entaprizez and The Cutting Room in New York City from July 1998 to March 1999. The production was handled by Havoc, Don J, Baby Paul, Black Market, Vincent Davis, Knobody, Justin "JT" Trugman, DJ Greyboy, Rebell, Shaleek and Vincent Davis. It includes guest appearances by Joe Clair, Havoc (of Mobb Deep), Boot Camp Clik members: Buckshot, Heltah Skeltah, Smif-n-Wessun, The Representativz, Illa Noyz and M.S. and Magnum Force members: Hardcore, Thunderfoot, Doc Holiday, Lil' Knock and Smokelite.

The album peaked at #170 on the Billboard 200 chart and at #38 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The M-Pire Shrikez Back released the single "Bounce to the Ounce" which received moderate airplay, but not enough to attract strong sales.
