The Governor is the second studio album by American rapper Mr. 3-2, released in 2001 on N Yo Face Records. It is his first album released under the name Mr. 3-2, which he used for the rest of his career. The album features guest appearances from MC Breed and H.A.W.K., amongst others. The album was dedicated to his father, J.M. Barriere Jr., who is the subject of the song "My Daddy (R.I.P.)".
