Tajai D. Massey (born April 21, 1975) is an American rapper from Oakland, California. He is one of the four founding members of Souls of Mischief, and is also a part of the eight-person collective Hieroglyphics.
Tajai met A-Plus in elementary school, and introduced him to Phesto and Opio in high school. The four formed Souls of Mischief, and they signed to Jive Records in 1993 to release their debut 93 'til Infinity. After they were dropped from Jive in 1995, the group was incorporated into the Hieroglyphics at the urging of Del the Funky Homosapien.
Tajai has contributed to the six albums by Souls of Mischief and three by Hieroglyphics. In addition to his one solo album, he has also released albums with SupremeEx and Sleeprockers, and as a member of Supastars.
