Clarence Ronnie Keaton (born September 16, 1961), better known by his stage name T La Rock, is an American rapper from the Bronx, New York. He is best known for his 1984 debut single "It's Yours", which was the first record released by Def Jam Recordings. T La Rock released two studio albums in the late 1980s: Lyrical King in 1987 and On a Warpath in 1989. In 1994, he suffered a traumatic brain injury while trying to break up a fight and retired from the hip hop scene. In 2008, he made his debut show appearance since his injury.
