Theodore Williams, known professionally as T.J. Swan (formerly T.J. Swann), is an American rapper from Brooklyn, New York. He released one of the first hip hop records ever with his single "And You Know That" in 1979. Williams collaborated with Peewee Mel for the single "Maximus Party" in 1980. He collaborated with Peewee Mel and Barry B as Maximus 3 on the single "Are You Ready" in 1981. That same year, he released the single "Get Fly" as T.J. Swann & Company. His final release during this period was the 1982 single "Rock It Out" with Maximus 3.
In 2019, Williams released the song "Return of the Swan".
