Sylvan LaCue (born September 2, 1990) is an American rapper and record producer from Miami, Florida. He began his career in 2009 under the stage name QuESt and released multiple mixtapes. In 2013, LaCue signed to Visionary Music Group label through a connection with rapper Logic. He came to prominence with the release of his 2014 mixtape Searching Sylvan, which received wide critical acclaim. LaCue left Visionary at the end of 2014 and dropped his stage name in favor of his birth name in 2015. 

He released his debut studio album, Far from Familiar, in 2016. LaCue's second album, the concept album Apologies in Advance, was released in 2018.
