Warren Sabir McGlone (born September 17, 1969), better known by his stage name Steady B, is an American rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Alongside Schoolly D, DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, and Three Times Dope, he was one of the first wave of Philadelphia-area hip hop musicians to gain notoriety in the mid-to-late 1980s. He released four albums on Jive Records in four consecutive years during the late 1980s that garnered moderate success, before being dropped from the label when his fifth album, Steady B V, failed to chart. He then formed the group C.E.B. with protégé Cool C and Ultimate Eaze, with whom he released one album in 1993, titled Countin' Endless Bank.

Steady B was a member (and de facto leader) of Philadelphia's infamous Hilltop Hustlers crew. Steady B's musical career was relatively short-lived, as he is currently serving a life sentence in a Pennsylvania state prison for his role in the murder of a Philadelphia Police officer during a botched bank robbery committed alongside Cool C in January 1996.
