State Property was an American hip hop group from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The group was led by Beanie Sigel, and also consisted of Freeway, Peedi Crakk, Oschino, Omillio Sparks, Young Chris and Neef. State Property released two albums on Roc-A-Fella Records in the early 2000s, but relationships in the group soured when Beanie Sigel was imprisoned and he believed that none of the group members were giving him support. When Roc-A-Fella split in 2004, Beanie Sigel moved to Dame Dash Music Group while the rest of the group stayed on Roc-A-Fella.
Members of State Property have since collaborated on their solo projects, and are currently on good terms with each other.
