Andrew Munoz (29 September 1978 - 13 June 2003), better known by his stage name Speedy Loc, was an American gangster rapper from Decoto, California. He was a member and Vice President of the dreaming casually car club, and worked as an auto transporter for Bay Area Cities Auction. Unfortunately, Loc suffered a case of cancer at a young age and passed away on 13 June 2003 only 24 years old.
