Shake a Lil' Somethin' is the fifth studio album by American hip hop group 2 Live Crew, released in 1996 on Lil' Joe Records. It was the first album by the group not to be released on Luke Records, as the three other members of the group had split from Luther Campbell. Campbell, Fresh Kid Ice and Verb had formed The New 2 Live Crew and released one album together, but Fresh Kid Ice left the group to rejoin Mr. Mixx and Brother Marquis as the 2 Live Crew.

The album reached #145 on the Billboard 200, and #33 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts. All three of its singles reached the Hot Rap Singles chart: "Shake a Lil' Somethin'" peaked at #11, "Do the Damn Thing" peaked at #24, and "Be My Private Dancer" peaked at #34.
