Roger McNair (born 1 August 1974), better known by his stage name Rampage, is an American rapper from Brooklyn, New York. He is a long-time collaborator of his cousin Busta Rhymes, and was a member of the Flipmode Squad.

McNair signed to Rowdy Records as an eighteen-year-old in 1992, and released his debut single, "Beware of the Rampsack", in 1994. That same year, he appeared on the Craig Mack single "Flava in Ya Ear (Remix)". He rose to further prominence with five guest appearances on Busta Rhymes' 1996 debut album, The Coming, including the lead single "Woo Hah!! Got You All in Check". 

In 1997, McNair signed a second recording deal with Elektra Records, and released his debut studio album, Scouts Honor... by Way of Blood. McNair contributed to Flipmode Squad's debut album, The Imperial, released in 1998. His second solo album, Have You Seen?, was released in 2006.

McNair currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
