Rashia Tashan Fisher (born December 18, 1974), known professionally as Rah Digga, is an American rapper from Newark, New Jersey. She is best known as a member of the Flipmode Squad.

Rah Digga began her career as a member of Twice da' Flavor before joining the Outsidaz. She was spotted by Q-Tip at the Lyricist Lounge and led to her meeting Busta Rhymes, who inducted her into his Flipmode Squad. Rah Digga's debut solo album, Dirty Harriet, was released in 2000. She starred in the film Thirteen Ghosts and contributed the song "Mirror Mirror" to its soundtrack.

Rah Digga's following album, Everything Is a Story, was due to be released on J Records in 2004 but was shelved. She released an altered version of the album independently in 2009. Rah Digga's second studio album, Classic, was released in 2010.
