Press Play is the fourth studio album by American Hip hop recording artist Sean Combs. It was released in October 17, 2006 under Bad Boy Records. It is his first album under "Diddy" stage name, making this his first release under the distribution of Warner Music Group's Atlantic Records. Press Play features several guest contributions from Nicole Scherzinger, Christina Aguilera, Keyshia Cole, Brandy, Jamie Foxx, Ciara, Nas, Mary J. Blige, Timbaland, Cee-Lo Green, Keri Hilson, Shawnna, Big Boi, Avant, Mario Winans, Fergie, Jack Knight, Scar, Mike Lett, S. Rosete and The Movement Orchestra. Primarily dance-pop and Hip hop-oriented in sound, it is a loose conceptual album that contains lyrical themes discussing the concerns of ups and downs of his relationship.

Press Play debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200, with sales of over 173,009. In the UK, the album debuted at number 11. Its singles "Come to Me" and "Last Night" both reached the top-ten of the Billboard Hot 100. The album became available to the preview on MTV's The Leak on October 10, 2006, one week before the album was sold in stores. Press Play received mixed to positive reviews from music critics. As of November 21, 2008, the album has sold 700,000 copies in the United States.
