Reginald Gilland, better known by his stage name Point Blank, is an American rapper from Houston, Texas. He was born in Chicago but moved to Houston in 1990, where he joined the South Park Coalition that same year. He made his debut professional appearance on two songs on The Terrorists' album Terror Strikes. He released his debut album, Prone to Bad Dreams, in 1992, which featured production by Pimp C and K-Rino, among others. In 1996, he created the group the Wreckless Klan with fellow S.P.C. members Ice Lord and PSK-13.
