Penicillin on Wax is the debut studio album by American rapper Tim Dog. It was released on November 12, 1991 via Ruffhouse Records and Columbia Records. Recording sessions took place at Studio 4 Recording in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania through August 1990 to February 1991. Production was handled by Bobby Crawford, Louis Flores, Tim Dog, Ced-Gee, Moe Love and TR Love (of Ultramagnetic MC's). It features a guest appearance by Kool Keith.

The album peaked at #155 on the Billboard 200, #34 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and #4 on the Heatseekers Albums in the United States. Penicillin on Wax released the three singles: "Fuck Compton", "Step To Me", and "Bronx N*!^a".
