Oscar Jerome Jackson Jr. (born 29 October 1967), better known by his stage name Paris, is an American rapper and record producer from San Francisco, California. He is known for his highly charged political and socially conscious lyrics. Influenced by the Black Panther Party, he was once a member of the Nation of Islam.

Jackson founded his record label Scarface Records in 1987, and served as a producer for the group A.T.C.. He released his debut single, "Scarface Groove" in 1989, before signing to Tommy Boy Records. He released his debut album, The Devil Made Me Do It, in 1990 on Tommy Boy, but was dropped by the label before he was able to release his second album due to his controversial subject matter. Jackson released his second studio album, Sleeping with the Enemy, on Scarface Records and served as a mentor to artists signed to and affiliated with the label, such as The Conscious Daughter and DJ Shadow. Jackson signed a major artist and distribution deal with Priority Records for himself and Scarface Records in 1993, and released his third album, Guerrilla Funk, the following year. Jackson and Priority Records severed their relationship due to creative differences in 1995. Jackson's fourth album, Unleashed, was released in small numbers with little promotion on the label Whirling Records. Jackson became dissatisfied with the music industry, and retired from recording to become a stockbroker.

Jackson returned in 2003 with the release of his fifth album, Sonic Jihad. He also launched a new record label, Guerrilla Funk Recordings. in 2006, Jackson collaborated with Public Enemy to release the album Rebirth of a Nation. Jackson's latest album, Pistol Politics, was released in 2015.
