Matt Procella (born April 30, 1984), better known by his rap name O.D.D TV is an American rapper and record producer from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. O.D.D has spent most of his life in Colorado and has been making rap music since 1999. In 2012 he became a conspiracy theorist, and it began reflecting in his music from that point on. He is well known for his YouTube channel "ODD TV", where he presents his personal research on conspiracy related topics with high-quality videos. He plans on following up 'Never Sleep Again' (2017) & 'Never Sleep Again Part II' (2019) with a third and final installment, ultimately creating a trilogy out of the series.
Edit: I caught up with O.D.D finally after trying for months and here's what's going on as of June 25th, 2022. ODD is currently in the middle of starting his own record label. He has 3, possibly 4 other artists besides himself that are going to be a part of it at the moment and he hopes to retain more when he can. The label has already been registered and he's just finishing up a few things on the business side of things before getting started on 'Never Sleep Again 3'. He plans on surprising everyone this summer with a short introductory label compilation that features all the current musicians involved. Only then will we know what to call this endeavor. He hinted at the name of the label, according to his own words, by saying "The name of my new label certainly matches the way I intend on debuting it to the public" he said. Now here come the keywords. He continued "My boys and I are going to [EXPLODE] on to the scene and this thing is gonna [BLOW UP]" end quote. I'm not sure about you, but I'm amped up for this. With the current state of the world, we can definitely use a generous helping of truth music.
O.D.D performed live in March 2021 for a festival in South Carolina where a very excited and enthusiastic crowd continuously cheered him on and sang along to his songs. The show kicked off with O Double walking onto the stage wearing a mask and proceeding to recite a dramatic speech over a somewhat eerie musical composition that served as the foundation for which O.D.D's core message as an artist could stand on and set the pace for the rest of the concert. Initially, the mask was confusing to the audience, but ultimately it drove them wild when he quickly removed it and tossed it into the crowd right before he began rapping the first song of the night as you'll see in the video. The show was recorded professionally and has, since, been posted to his YouTube channel.
