No Pressure is the debut studio album by American hip hop rapper/producer Erick Sermon. It was released in October 19, 1993 under Rush Associated Labels. The production on the album was mainly handled by Erick Sermon, who also served as the executive producer. The album features guest appearances by Redman, Keith Murray, Ice Cube, Kam, Joe Sinistr, Soup and Shadz of Lingo. The album made it to #16 on the Billboard 200 chart and #2 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in the United States.

The album spawned four singles and videos: "Hittin' Switches", "Stay Real", "Hostile" and "Safe Sex".
