Mutah Wassin Shabazz Beale (born 7 October 1977), better known by his stage name Napoleon, is a former rapper and member of the Outlawz. In 2001, he converted to Islam and later quit his hip hop career four years later, describing the two as "incompatible". Beale is now a motivational speaker.

Beale made his debut appearance on the 1995 Tupac Shakur album Me Against the World as a member of group Dramacydal. The group was later merged into Shakur's group Outlawz, and Beale was given the stage name Napeleon by Shakur as all members were given the name of a leader who resisted control by the new world order. In 1996, Beale made several appearances on Shakur's album All Eyez on Me. Beale contributed to four albums by Outlawz before leaving the group after his Islam conversion.

It was announced that a documentary on Beale's life, entitled Napoleon: Life of an Outlaw, is currently being made.
