Roberto Fabian Garcia (born 4 December 1982), better known by his stage name Mr. Criminal, is a Hispanic-American rapper from Southern California. He is signed to Hi-Power Entertainment Music Group. Garcia is also a producer, videographer and the creator and owner of gdupclothing.com, which sells his clothing line worldwide.

Garcia earned his first break when he met rapper Mr. Capone-E in 2001 at a low rider car show. The two recorded a track titled "Criminal Mentality", that gained widespread international popularity in 2003.
