Cornelius A. Pratt (born 5 April 1973), better known by his stage name Mr. CAP, is an American rapper from Houston, Texas. He is best known as a member of the South Park Coalition.
Mr. CAP is a nephew of Johnny "Guitar" Watson and The Greer Brothers. He began rapping at the age of eight after hearing Kurtis Blow and Rakim. While attending Jack Yates Senior High School, he formed his first group, The Raise Up Posse, with future fellow SPC member Texas Tech. When the group expanded to include X-Bam and Brain Dead, the group changed its name to Ni**az Under Siege. The group came to an end when Mr. CAP was sentenced to prison in 1992. After his release from prison, he returned to recording music. Mr. CAP collaborated on an album named O.N.E. on O.N.E., with O.N.E., under the label O.N.E. 4 Da Money ENT in 2004. Mr. CAP released his debut solo album, 2 Tha Grave, in 2011.
