Michael Craig McDermon (born September 14, 1973), better known by his stage name Mic Geronimo, is an American rapper from Queens, New York. He emerged as an associate of record producer Irv Gotti, who helped craft his breakthrough single "Shit's Real". McDermon signed with Blunt Recordings/TVT Records and released his debut studio album, The Natural, in 1995.
McDermon's 1997 sophomore studio album, Vendetta, saw him working with a slew of high-profile artists, including Jay-Z, DMX, The LOX and Sean Combs, and remains as his most commercially successful album.
In 2003, he released his third album, Long Road Back. McDermon's most recent album, Alive, was released in 2007.
