Anthony Jerel Thomas Sr. (September 22, 1970 - January 31, 1999), known professionally as M.C. Ant, was an American rapper from Oakland, California. He released two albums: M.C. Ant the Great (1988) and The Come Back 91 (1991), which were both produced by Ant Banks.
Thomas was fatally shot on January 31, 1999, in Sparks, Nevada.
