Larry Goodman (died c. January 12, 2023), known professionally as Laylaw, was an American record producer and rapper from Los Angeles, California. He worked primarily as a record producer in the West Coast hip hop scene during the early-to-mid-1990s. Goodman was an associate of Ruthless Records artists N.W.A and Above the Law.

Goodman released two electro singles as a solo artist on his label Rolex Records: "Monster Rapping" (1985) and "What's Your Name" (1986). He did not consider himself to be a rapper and instead preferred writing. Goodman followed friend Dr. Dre to Ruthless Records and worked as a producer with Above the Law while writing for other acts on the label. He worked with 2Pac on his 1993 album, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z..., and produced the remix of "California Love" without credit.[1]

Goodman worked as a duo with producer Derrick "D'Maq" McDowell during the mid-1990s. The two produced the entirety of the album On Anotha Level (1994) by Anotha Level. Goodman released the album, The Lawhouse Experience, Volume One, in 1997 that featured guest rappers over production by himself and McDowell.
