Katari Terrance Cox (born 30 December 1976), better known by his stage name Kastro, is an American rapper and member of the Outlawz. A cousin of group leader Tupac Shakur, Kastro was featured on his songs "Made N*****" and "Hail Mary", among others. Although he originally performed under the name K-Dog, Kastro was assigned his new stage name by Shakur after Fidel Castro.
Kastro appeared on Outlawz albums from 1999 to 2008, at which point he left to pursue a solo career. He has not released any solo studio albums to date, but did release a collaboration album with fellow Outlawz member E.D.I. titled Blood Brothers in 2002.
