Joseph Guillermo "JimJones II (born July 15, 1976) is an American rapper and actor from Manhattan, New York. He is a member of the hip hop group The Diplomats and the CEO of their record label Diplomat Records alongside Cam'ron. Jones is also a music video director under the pseudonym CAPO.

In 2004, he released his solo debut album, On My Way to Church. The release of his second album, Harlem: Diary of a Summer in 2005, coincided with Jones landing an executive position in A&R at Entertainment One Music. A year later, he released his third album Hustler's P.O.M.E. (Product of My Environment), which spawned his biggest single to date, "We Fly High". The song reached #5 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). 

In 2006, Jones formed the group ByrdGang and contributed to the group's only album, M.O.B: The Album, in 2008. Jones followed this with his fourth solo album, Pray IV Reign, in 2009. The album spawned the hit single "Pop Champagne". In 2011, Jones released his fifth album, Capo, which was supported by the lead single, "Perfect Day". Jones released his sixth album and his first in seven years, Wasted Talent, in 2018. His seventh album, El Capo, was released in 2019.
