Jarobi White (born 1 July 1971) is an American hip hop musician and one of the four members of A Tribe Called Quest. He joined the group in late 1989 as a part-time member. He appeared on only one of the group's albums, 1990's People's Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm, where he performed skits and came up with ideas for songs like "I Left My Wallet In El Segundo", which became a single off the group's first album. He had actual vocals recorded for Tribe's second album, The Low End Theory, but they were removed when he left the group in 1991 to attend culinary school.
He has recently performed with the remaining members of A Tribe Called Quest at concerts. In the early 2010s, he formed the group Evitan with fellow Native Tongues member Dres and released the album Speed of Life in October 2012.
