Jason Hunter (born 6 July 1970), better known by his stage name Inspectah Deck, is an American rapper, record producer and member of the Wu-Tang Clan. His laid-back, quiet mentality contrasts that of the other Wu-Tang Clan members, and led to his stage name. He has acquired critical praise for his intricate lyricism, and for his verses on many of the group's most revered songs. Deck's verse on the song "Triumph" is often named as one of the greatest rap verses of all time.

Inspectah Deck was the second most featured member on the Wu-Tang Clan's debut album, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), and provided highly acclaimed verses for the songs "C.R.E.A.M.", "Protect Ya Neck", "Wu-Tang Clan Ain't Nuthin' ta F' Wit"", and "Da Mystery of Chessboxin'". In the years following, Deck would appear on several Wu members' solo projects, before releasing his own solo album, Uncontrolled Substance, in 1999. Deck continued contributing to Wu-Tang Clan group albums, while still releasing solo albums, with The Movement in 2003, The Resident Patient in 2006, and Manifesto in 2010.

Deck is currently working on his final album, which will be titled Uncontrolled Substance II and will serve as a sequel to his debut. It will be produced primarily by RZA.
