I Wish My Brother George Was Here is the debut solo studio album by American rapper and Hieroglyphics member Del tha Funkee Homosapien, released in October 22, 1991 under Elektra Records. After securing a record deal due to his association with his cousin Ice Cube, Del recorded the album in 1990 to 1991 at Echo Sound Recording in Los Angeles, California. The album was produced by Del, Ice Cube, and Boogiemen (a duo consisting of DJ Pooh and Rashad Coes).

The album was released to positive reviews, and has since become one of Del's most highly regarded albums.
