All Samples Cleared! (1993)

I Need a Haircut is the third studio album by American rapper Biz Markie, released in 1991 on Cold Chillin' Records. The album was produced by Biz Markie and co-produced by his cousin Cool V. The album gained infamy for its song "Alone Again", which resulted in a lawsuit from Gilbert O'Sullivan, whose song "Alone Again (Naturally)" was sampled without authorization. The court ruled that sampling without permission can qualify as copyright infringement. The judgment changed the hip hop music industry, as any future music sampling had to be pre-approved by the original copyright owners to avoid a lawsuit. Biz later poked fun at his misfortunes by titling his next album All Samples Cleared!.

The album was a minor success, making it to #113 on the Billboard 200 and #44 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts.

All songs produced by Biz Markie and co-produced by Cool V.
