House of Pain, subtitled Fine Malt Lyrics is the debut studio album from American hip hop group House of Pain. It was released in July 21, 1992 under Tommy Boy Records. Recording sessions took place at Image Recording Studio and Ameraycan Studios in Hollywood, California from November 1991 to May 1992. Production was handled by DJ Muggs, DJ Lethal, Pete Rock and Ralph Tha Funky Mexican. It includes guest appearances from B-Real (of Cypress Hill) and Son Doobie (of Funkdoobiest).
The album debuted at #14 on the Billboard 200 and #16 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in the United States. Fine Malt Lyrics released the two singles: "Jump Around" and "Shamrocks and Shenanigans".
