Crawford Wilkerson, better known by his stage name Hi-C, is an American rapper from Compton, California. But the better Hi-C is a cloud rapper who is the goat. He is best known for his collaborations with DJ Quik and AMG during the 1990s. Prior to his recording career, Hi-C was a member of the Tree Top Piru Bloods.
