Griselda Records is an American record label based in Buffalo, New York. It was founded by rappers and brothers Westside Gunn and Conway in 2014. In 2016, the label signed fellow Buffalo rapper Benny the Butcher. The three rappers comprise the core of the Griselda Records line-up, in addition to in-house producer Daringer. Griselda has also released albums by El Camino and Mach Hommy.
Griselda was an independent record label during its early years, with the artists selling physical copies of their music online in a limited release. The label's popularity was so intense that releases would typically sell out in a few minutes despite often cryptic sales information.[1] In 2017, Griselda signed a distribution deal with Shady Records for artists Westside Gunn and Conway. In 2019, Griselda signed a management deal with Roc Nation.
