Released three years after the duo's debut studio album Runaway Slave, the album contains a notably darker and more hardcore sound than their debut. Guest appearences on the album include Lord Finesse, Party Arty, Method Man and Diamond D. Producer Show, who made numerous rapping appearances on their debut, has no verses on this album.
The album recived positive acclaim, but never achieved mainstream success and only remained popular in underground hip hop circles. The album is now hard to find in stores and can sell for high amounts of money.
