Fruits of Nature is the debut studio album by American Hip hop duo The UMC's. It was released on October 15, 1991 under Wild Pitch Records and EMI Records. Recording sessions took place at Such A Sound Studio in Brooklyn, New York City from September 1990 to June 1991. Production was handled by RNS and Haas G, with co-production from Young Technique. It includes guest appearances by Prophet and Kwazi.
The album peaked at #32 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and #36 on the Top Heatseekers chart. Fruits of Nature released the two singles: "Blue Cheese" and "One to Grow On".
