Forever is the second studio album by American Hip hop recording artist Sean "Puffy" Combs. It was released in August 24, 1999 under Bad Boy Entertainment. Recording sessions were taken place at The Hit Factory, Daddy's House Recording Studios and Quad Recording Studios in New York City, Silent Sound in Atlanta, Compass Point Recording Studios in Nassau, Bahamas and The Record Plant in Los Angeles from June 1998 to February 1999. The majority of production on the album was handled by Sean Combs, The Hitmen members (Mario Winans, Nashiem Myrick, Ron "Amen-Ra" Lawrence, Prestige, J-Dub, Anthony Dent, Joe Hooker, Carlos Broady and Deric "D-Dot" Angelettie) and Zack White. Features guest contributions from: Kelly Price, Jay-Z, R. Kelly, Twista, Carl Thomas, Redman, Bizzy Bone (of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony), Lil' Kim, Mark Curry, G. Dep, Shyne, Busta Rhymes, Sauce Money, The Notorious B.I.G., Cee-Lo Green (of Goodie Mob), Nas, Beanie Sigel, Mario Winans, Joe Hooker and Hurricane G.

The album was supported by the singles and music videos for "Best Friend", "P.E. 2000" and "Satisfy You".
