William Jonathan Drayton Jr. (born March 16, 1959), better known by his stage name Flavor Flav, is an American rapper, hype man, actor, television personality and comedian who rose to prominence as a member of the hip hop group Public Enemy. He is also known for popularizing the role of the hype man and for yelling his catchphrases "Yeah, boy!" and "Flavor Flav!" during performances. Though primarily serving as a background vocalist with Public Enemy, he performed on some songs including the hit single "911 Is a Joke".

After falling out of the public eye for a number of years, Flav reappeared as the star of several VH1 reality series, including The Surreal LoveStrange Love, and Flavor of Love.

He also made a guest appearance in the 2011 TV show Yoohoo and Friends as Father Time Character in the Cartoon Network TV version.
