Do or Die is the third studio album by American hip hop artist Ant Banks, released in 1995 on Jive. It was produced predominantly by Banks, with four tracks produced by Terry T. It features guest appearances by Spice 1 and MC Breed, amongst others. It is Banks' first album to not feature a guest appearance from Too $hort.
The album peaked at #36 on the US Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, but was Banks' first and only album to fail to reach the Billboard 200.
