Da King & I was an American hip hop duo from Brooklyn, New York. The group consisted of rapper Izzy Ice and record producer Majesty. The pair debuted in 1988 as Izzy Ice and DJ Majesty with the Howie Tee-produced single "Soulman". They signed with Rowdy Records in June 1992 as Da King & I and released their debut single, "Flip da Scrip" in November 1992. In 1993, they released their first and only album, Contemporary Jeep Music. The duo disbanded after the release of the album.
