Harold E. Armstrong (born October 22, 1969), better known by his stage name DMG (an initialism of DetriMental Ganxta), is an American rapper from St. Paul, Minnesota. Armstrong followed rapper Scarface to his hotel room after a concert and played one of his tapes, which impressed Scarface so much that he secured Armstrong a contract with Rap-A-Lot Records. Armstrong released his debut album, Rigormortiz, in 1993, which featured the single "You Don't Hear Me Doe".

Scarface later invited Armstrong to join his group Facemob, a hip hop collective consisting of rappers from different regions. Armstrong contributed to two albums by the group: The Other Side of the Law (1996) and Silence (2002). Armstrong released his second studio album, Black Roulette, in 2003.
