Richard Quitevis (born October 7, 1969), better known by his stage name DJ QBert, is an American turntablist from San Francisco, California. He was taught turntablism by Mix Master Mike and the two share similar styles. He founded the group Invisibl Skratch Piklz in 1989 with Mike and DJ Apollo, and the group has gone on to become one of the most renowned turntablist groups. DJ QBert has won the DMC World DJ Championships on two occassions, with Mike and Apollo in 1992, and with Mike in 1993/1994.
